Delivery
Orders over $499 qualify for free white-glove delivery and assembly. Smaller items are delivered via courier within 2–4 working days. We contact you to schedule a delivery window so someone is always home to receive your order.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with an order number and tracking link as soon as your order ships. Custom orders are updated at each build stage.
Returns
In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us to arrange a pickup. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
Warranty
All furniture frames carry a 10-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. Fabrics and moving parts are covered for 2 years. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or water damage.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
